The main problem in Kandivar is the increase in indiscriminate poaching of wild animals. The Huduma Foundation is funded by several wealthy personalities and different organizations. Ungabo National Park has faced the problem of poaching and many of the wild animals including elephants died as a result. Whereas Zakinawa National Park has witnessed over population of elephants, further due to the increase in elephant population the food is becoming scarce. The Huduma Foundation was a given the task to transport a herd of eight elephants including one two year old calf to Ungabo National Park from Zakinawa National Park.

Before employing the practical procedure a theoretical analysis has been done on the project, which was named Operation Elephants’ Ark. According to the theoretical analysis the herd is sedated four elephants will loaded into two trucks each. Before loading into the truck proper medical attention is given towards the elephants and all of them have been tied collar GPS. They will be transported to the airport and then fly to nearest airport to the Ungabo National Park and finally to the Ungabo National Park where the elephants will be released.
