They involve the use of a collection of many computers in specific sites then they share the same task assigned. Some of the servers are used and each must have its internet protocol number for users to share information from the data. The internet protocol is a number that must only be confidential to its users; this is to ensure that the accounts are not being hacked by unknown identities.

Security for users in the information systems is well taken care of if there is cooperation and mutual understanding between the users and the managers. Successful organizations keenly work on their confidentiality and security of information by putting in place several panels of information systems (Dhillon& Backhouse, 2000). A management information system is of great importance in the current world due to the rise of the number of threats and their frequent use.
