Here roles of managers are very crucial. Managers communicate different reasons of change in the department. Proper communication from the side of managers reduces level of anxiety among the mind of employees. Departmental changes often create biasness (Esther and Mike, 2012). Managers play very important role to abolish biasness. It is very important and basic responsibility for a manager to maintain calmness and composer in turbulent environment. Any change is uncertain and there is a fear of unknown related with that.

Here comes the scope of managers to control the situation. It is manager’s responsibility to reduce the fear of uncertainty form the minds of employee. Only ideas of changes are not enough, proper implementations are also very important. So, managers play very important and crucial role for channelizing different changes into departments. Adaptability is also a basic need for different changes. Managers help their subordinates to adapt with different changes. There is no doubt in it that managers maintain flexibilities in their departments.

Managers have very crucial roles in terms supporting their subordinates and guide them thorough different changes. They provide different tools and techniques to their followers for handling different changes. Capacity and abilities of all employees are known to managers. Managers assign right people for managing different changes. All the above arguments and discussions are clearly stating that managers have unavoidable, significant roles and responsibilities as far as departmental changes are concerned.

They are the basic felicitators for bringing changes in different departments. In modern day business changes are inevitable. Change is the only constant thing. Managers should handle staffs, which are against changes very professionally and intelligently. There are different steps through which managers successfully handle staff’s resistance
