Communication may be done in different forms, it may be verbal, or written, direct or indirect, intra-organizational or outside communication with the stakeholders.Other factors that must be taken into account regarding the communication are the tools and medium availability and presence, along with the cultural differences. This could stand as a barrier towards true and smooth transmission of communication between the two ends that are engaged in the communication.Medium: Medium is highly vital for the performing of communication.

Medium pertains to the availability of the same platform and resources that must be present in order to ensure that proper communication takes place. This point becomes more important to keep in view due to the factor of digital communication, and both ends should have the available digital equipment in order to ensure smooth and successful communication.Feedback which is the final stage to the communication involves response according to the overall performance based on the communication means adopted (Tofanelli).
