In addition to that, I would add a column against each row to provide the customers with space to write their valuable suggestions that would help the top management eradicate the problem they noticed. I would use the information collected from the comment cards to improve the performance of all departments of the restaurant to make it more popular among the customers. To be able to do that, I would ask the customers to grade the performance of all departments row by row in terms of poor, average, good, very good, and excellent.

Responses of the customers would help me assess which department’s performance is generally perceived by the customers to below so that I can make changes in that department. I would prioritize my plans to make changes in individual departments according to the resources I have at a certain point in time.
