According to (TOC,2007) “Almost 100% of the observed temperature increase over the last 50 years has been due to the increase in the atmosphere of greenhouse gas concentrations like water vapor, carbon dioxide (CO2), methane and ozone”. The greenhouse gas enact for the greenhouse effect and heat up the earth on a gradual process. The burning of fossils is the largest contributing factor of green house effect as it releases large quantity of carbon – di -oxide into the atmosphere. The major concern of greenhouse effect is that it gives way to the heating of the earth and increase the temperature around the globe.
The anthropogenic climate change can be explained as the gradual increase in the climatic temperature of earth due to the greenhouse gas emitting. Green house gas emitting leads to the increase in the heat of the planet and leads to the melting of ice in the polar region which can increase the overall seal level on the earth. Even though not very obvious, green house effect is affecting many parts of the earth. The green house gas mostly contains, carbon – di- oxide, water vapor, nitrous oxide and methane which traps the heat and sunlight and elevates the temperature of the planet. Global warming risks the existence of plants, animals and human beings.
This entrapping of heat and sunlight in the atmosphere is called the anthropogenic climate change and can evolve the current status of the planet. In this process, the heat get entrapped in the atmosphere but cannot get out of the atmosphere. Because of this process the temperature of atmosphere rises and climatic condition of earth changes with seal level. If the temperature of the planet goes on increasing the productivity pattern of the earth can changes at a rapid level. This can ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

...?Reliability and fallacies in Martin Luther King’s Speech Beyond Vietnam - A Time to Break Silence Indeed, Martin Luther King’s speech at the Riverside Church in New York City shows his ultra criticism and opposition to the American involvement in the Vietnam War. He used historical facts and the prevailing social condition in the United States to buttress his stance against the United States’ role in the Vietnam War. While some of the arguments he presented in the speech were reliable, others were fallacious. For instance, Martin Luther King urged the Vietnamese to view the Americans as “strange liberators” (American Rhetoric: Online Speech Bank). As pointed out by King in his speech, the United States gave ample support... and fallacies in...

Binary Logic

...Binary Logic Binary logic, also known as Boolean or any two-valued logic, is based on the notion that something makesan X or its complement, presumably a not-X. Being a logic utilized when evaluating between a true or false in a test, binary logic pertains to variables which take on two discrete values, either a “1” or “0”. Logic employed on computers are binary by nature as well. One may find it convenient to interpret the two discrete values as two different integers, or analogously, as the two truth values namely “true” or “false”. This concept has been widely used in the field of social sciences and engineering especially on the...

Logic Application

...LOGIC APPLICATION goes here] [Your goes here] [Due the paper] Logic Application A strong culture is the foundation of a strong society. Culture is the shared pattern of different human beliefs, behaviors, and interactions that pass on from generation to generation with some slight changes. However, sometimes the human beliefs embedded in the culture of a society goes against the teachings of the religion. If we take example of Christianity, the Holy book ‘Bible’ says that stealing is wrong, but the culture negates this statement by injecting a different belief in the minds of people. Culture promotes that stealing is not wrong when you are in need and the other person has excess. Now, this belief goes...

We will not recruit a skilled labor force. We will not reduce technical mishaps. P Q ~P ~Q Advantages and Disadvantages One advantage of symbolizing arguments is that it provides a logical mechanism of easily ascertaining and testing the connection between the premises of arguments and their conclusions in a mathematical manner (Venn, 2006). Another advantage is that the symbols enhance the element of clarity by breaking down complex arguments into simple forms... . This...

Logic Questions

...Closing Questions The philosopher from northern Greece is a well-known homosexual. Therefore, his claim that the universe is ultimately made up ofatoms should be ignored. This is a deductive argument. This argument is invalid and unsound because the reason given for why it should be correct is not logical, factual, or capable of being proven. It also does not provide a probable outcome that can be tested. The philosopher’s sexual preference has nothing to do with his perceptions of the universe. The information being given is more of an unfounded accusation being presented as a stated fact. 2. Every event in the world is caused by other events. Human actions and decisions are events in the world. Therefore, every human...

Logic Gates

...MODULE 2 BACKGROUND of the of the Different types of logic gates There are six types of logic gates such as NOT, AND, OR, NAND, NOR and XOR. NOT gate is most primarily form of logic gate. This logic gate’s output is reverse of its input. For instance, output (X) is regarded as true if and only if Input (Y) is NOT True. Truth table for X=NOT Y is given below. Input Y Output X=NOT Y 0 1 1 0 Input Y Output X=NOT Y The AND gates states that if both inputs are true then only the output will be true else it would be false. Where 1 represents TRUE and 0 represents FALSE. For instance, if inputs A and B both are true then output X is...

Applied Logic

...Applied logic: free will Free will is the aptitude of individuals to make rational decisions without being constrained by certain prevailing factors such as physical constraints, social constraints, metaphysical constraints and mental constraints. Therefore, free will suggests that the individual’s ‘will’ and ‘choices’ exist even in absences of man moral obligation. Subsequently, applied logic helps individuals to use their practical art of valid reasoning that is essential in guiding them to draw the conclusion in a specific situation (Lynch pg. 126). In that sense, we can say an individual who uses applied logic can achieve free will in their life. This is because the individual who...
