Secondly he visited CCRC in order to seek advice and lastly, the company had a dialogue with Ombudsman in order to look for a solution (Thomson and Robert 1987).
The solutions I would have proposed to the Chief Executive Officer of the company are: to seek court advice, the executives should try to seek help from Mildred’s family members, and the last solution which I would propose is to remove her by force.
