Another bright example of responsible performance demonstrates Brazilian company Odebrecht, which has developed Accident Prevention Program. This health program includes training workshops; daily risk assessments of job tasks; worker certification in safety standards; and training in emergency response procedures with periodic accident simulation (Odebrecht Social Actions Report, 2007).

All of the above-described measures are considered to be quite effective and thus, we strongly recommend companies to apply them in order to responsible and sustainable policy concerning environmental and health care safety issues. Considering the fact that modern companies seem to become more and more socially responsible, it is important to avoid one of the most important ethical conflicts of nowadays, which concerns the problem of health care and safety violations.
In order to meet the requirement of health care and safety, companies are recommended to develop and implement their own Safety Programs, which would take into account specific features of their business, and organize training workshops and other educational events in order to inform workers about health care and safety standards and teach them to respond properly in case any accidents happen.
