He believed in the nation’s purity of race. In his time, the races of non –Aryan origins became a victim of his torture. Racial discrimination was an unpardonable act on the part of Hitler. The brutality of this act went to the extent of mass genocide. A special unit called the Einsatzgruppen murdered the Jews and the political opponents in public. Hitler had an unfathomable hatred towards the Jews and forcibly moved the Jews to the concentration camps and put them to gas chambers. In Europe, over six million Jews were killed during the Second World War.

This was the Holocaust phenomenon of the Nazi Germany. The Nazi authority also killed another eleven million people, which included the Polish civilians, the war prisoners of Soviet Russia, the homosexuals and the handicapped people. Hitler considered them as adulterations to the society of the Germans. In the current socio-economic and political proceedings of the United States, the American Jews are exploiting the memory of the Nazi Holocaust to seek monetary gains and political power. These strategies of the American Jews are revealed in Norman Finkelstein’s The Holocaust Industry: Reflection on the Exploitation of the Jewish Suffering.

According to me, the work is a document on the American Jews and the Israelites and their exploitation of the Holocaust memory. The American Jews are presently using the Holocaust memory as ‘an indispensable ideological weapon’  (Finkelstein, 3). This is definitely a non-violent measure but the impact it is creating on world history is disrupting the political systems of Germany, America and Switzerland. The introductory note of the book has a reference to the author’s Jewish background and the reflections of his father and mother’s on the Nazi past.
