Darren had a meeting with his boss Sam Freeman’s client, Fredrick Stigler, the owner of different art galleries. He wanted Darren to convince the people of the Puna tribe to weave baskets for them in new and different patterns. They patterns which the Puna tribe was weaving were by being followed by them for the last couple of years. That is not only their art but also a reflection of their culture and historical events.
Keeping in mind the relevant facts related to the situation and business ethics we can understand the psychological chaos faced by Darren. As Darren had developed affection with Puna tribe it was difficult for him to take any brutal decision which was not in their favor. Darren had graduated in anthropology which was another reason for his growing attachment to this cultural and historical tribe. He knew that most downfalls of society and communities would be because the societies would weaken themselves. He knew that if he only thought about the business and profits then it would be brutal and an unethical decision for Puna tribes as they might incur losses.
Darren also knew that in this big contract of Fredrick Stigler the tribe would earn a lot of money but it wouldn’t do any good to their cultural values. If they would weave the baskets according to Fredrick Stigler’s demand, it would be difficult for them to follow the new patterns as the baskets they make now are the patterns that they have been following for the past many years. Keeping in mind the ethical issues in the world of business dealing, and being a dealer in this contract itself, Darren has to communicate between two parties, which are Fredrick Stigler and the Puna tribe. He has to negotiate with both parties and has to take a decision which is good and ethical for both.

Morality and ethics are rapidly diminishing topics in this world. However, these topics seem to be getting more importance in the business world at present. Crane &Matten (2007) pointed out that “There appears to be good reason to suggest business ethics as a phenomenon, as a subject, but not as an oxymoron” (p.5).
In today’s world majority of people and organizations are working in the lure of earning more and more profit. Due to their excessive desire of earning more profits they even forget business ethics and work for capitalization only. They forget that their activities are harming the ecosystem.
Customers don't know about this fee. Every time a customer makes a purchase this fee is added to the cost of the item. Retailers and consumer advocates have opposed the fee and have supported this part of the Dodd-Frank financial reform law that would have reduced it.
Ethical behaviour is one which is not just legally right but also morally right. According to the basic construct of our society, an individual and a system are obliged to act in such a way that it not only brings about good to self but to others and society as a whole.
This is done to enhance the sustainability and brand image of the organization in the market among others. Side by side, moral judgments and ethical decision making might also influence the culture and dedication of the employees towards work. Moreover, ethical behavior and corporate social responsibility (CSR) might also attract the customers towards the products of the firm thereby amplifying the total sales and profit margin of the organization.
As such, the unfortunate realize nation that can be had is the fact that beauty, a completely and entirely subjective norm, has an overbearing level of importance with respect to the way in which an individual is understood by society, understand themselves, and can forge their own destiny.
The code I will present is based on a personal code. Even if some of my ethics coincide with present ethical codes, these codes are what I feel should be implemented in my field of profession.
