Human Resources Proposal In our increasingly complex and complicated contemporary world, there are just a limited few who are vastly and genuinely interest in human resources management. The concept of managing human resources encompasses theories of leadership, motivation, work group behavior, conflicts, change and organizational development among others. Everyone dedicated to delivering work and service in the pursuit of human behavior is focused on human resources management.As a graduating student of a master degree in Business Administration specializing in banking and finance at the Bangor University in the United Kingdom, I share the academe’s mission to improve the capacity of human resources service in a dynamic evolving society through furthering education and organizational engagement.

With my master degree, I was credited with 3 Certificates in Management and Computer Technology from diverse institutions, to wit: Certificate in Business Administration from the Middle East Center of Human Development, Certificate of Computer Using in Horizon Computer Center, and Certificate of Data Entry and Word Process in Najed Center. I also took the Basics in Human Resource Management from the Najed Training Center in 2007. Equipped with these academic achievements and my six years experience as human resource associate in big companies in Saudi Arabia, I am prepared to undertake greater challenges in higher education.

My ultimate goal is to be an instrument of change to my country once I completed the PhD in Human Resources from your prestigious university. This academic institution is one of the most renowned institutions which can accord a multi disciplinary approach to the program. I am optimistic in learning various contemporary human resources theoretical frameworks affecting not only the local and national level, but more so, their impact and influence on international levels. I would like to be given the opportunity to share the theoretical and practical applications of human resources in Saudi Arabia.

If accepted in your university through your PhD Program in Human Resources, I plan to spend part of my time developing greater insight into one of my primary research interests – human resources management applications in electronic business. For individuals who exemplify characteristics and behavior that demonstrate the concept of leadership and applications of human resources management, the most important consideration is to take accountability without instilling control or dominion over those persons or properties one is tasked to take care of.

The benefits that the degree in political science, of which I graduated with at King Saud University in 2002, emphasize that public policies’ response to change is a necessary component to adapt and adjust to inefficiencies, conflicts and developments in the environment. The resolution of accepting the benefits of electronic business leading to change, no matter how elegant it appears to be on paper becomes effective only when it results in people and group actually improving their collective performance.

It is precisely the interrelated concepts and dimensions that influence changes in technology in pursuit of higher education in human resources that I envision to delve into this endeavor. It is a career path with vast opportunities and challenges which can shape and direct ways to change people’s lives for the better. Consistent with Bangor University’s mission to be a world-class research-led university, to provide teaching and learning of the highest quality, and to contribute to the development of the economy, health and culture of a sustainable Wales and a sustainable world, I am convinced that your institution would likewise provide the discipline and focus to enhance the talents I have in human resource methods, information management and computer technology.

The trainings and experiences gained will stipulate the perspectives to develop practical and professional skills that I need to sustain and succeed in this endeavor. I believe that educational background or experiences alone could not make me a successful human resource specialist.
