Organizational or individual values of the employees are the certain standard or the working condition with which the employee can meet the requirements in terms of vision and mission of the organization or the institution. It is mainly the measure of different accepted standards in the organization and the measurement conducted by those standards as the criteria. “The organizations values must be in line with its purpose or mission, and the vision that it is trying to achieve, articulated values of an organization can provide a framework for the collective leadership of an organization to encourage common norms of behaviour which will support the achievement of the organizations goals and mission.

The organizational values are the building block of different core values by different persons in relation with the different kinds of behavioural traits in the organization. The different kinds of values are integrity, excellence, professionalism, innovativeness, and versatility. The values are useful in the development, performance, nature of work and excellent customer relationship. The organizational values are found to be mainly a belief and they are to be in the concern with good or bad organizational situation; the values are enduring it should be stable for behaviour and consistent in the operation, can be dynamic, which is subjected to change at any moment of time.

It is suggested that better organizational values will bring out better productivity within the organization. The individual value can be found out from different approach and by analysis of the people by demographics, work satisfaction and the pertaining values in the society. The values of the organization are very important for measuring the conduct, the values are those which are always involved with the staff, customers, employees and the customer relation
