The organizational behavior ranks depend a great deal on the mesh that comes about with the role of the manager and his domains. The bottom line remains that the organization does its work in the best manner possible, remains bound to the manager’s intuitional undertakings and has an effect on the global workplace offices that work under this organization’s hold. The influence of globalization on the manager’s work areas is that he needs to constantly mold his own self in line with the changing demands of the business regimes.

He needs to understand how he would shape up his work domains in a manner that demand subjectivity and consistent development in different areas of the business. He also has to comprehend how he would undertake similar measures of growth within his workplace settings which have successfully been implemented elsewhere around the globe (Wolf, 2004). Further he endeavors to understand the changing global dynamics of business with the study of globalization and how the same has boosted sales figures for the said business over a period of time.

The effect of globalization is such that there have been serious efforts in the related disciplines which come under the direct hold of a manager. This manager thus understands his role within the global arenas of growth, development, mergers with other companies, acquisition of smaller organizations, meshing with different processes and so on (Vanin, 2005). The underlying philosophy of being globally accepted for the organization is indeed very much there and this is apparently demonstrated by this manager who is in essence the right person at the helm of affairs within the said business.

At times, this manager’s role gets doubled in case he adopts a new policy of development within his work domains, following on the footsteps of the globally accepted norms and procedures. The work ethics need to be revisited time and again by this manager as well, as far as
