It has been my privilege to be under her term, being one of the preschool teachers in this center. Ever since she was assigned to her post, the whole school has benefited so much from her leadership.

Ms. Ervin exhibits exceptional interpersonal relationship skills evident in all her dealings with the people in and around the school. As a leader, she is very capable of heading the teachers and staff in planning programs for the school. Even in her esteemed position as an experienced educator, she is still open to new ideas from teachers who are of lesser credentials than her. She gives feedback and advice to all her teachers and staff with the utmost tact that one is empowered to simply follow her words.

Her dynamism makes her seek and attain fresh goals for the school, making Barney Educational Center an innovative preschool that lives up to its sound philosophy.

Barney Educational Center is indeed in very capable hands, as Ms. Ervin continues her efforts in sustaining the positive environment appropriate for everyone in the preschool. It is an institution that is very fortunate to have her as its School Director.
