That is a good clause, but the entire city knows that the rehabilitation of this project is based on Play City’s involvement.

The company should not install anything until they make sure that any equipment installed inside the facilities is up to the company’s security and quality standards. The Play Place equipment to be installed is designed for children between the ages of cero and twelve years of age. How will this age specification be monitored within the park? A 15-year-old kid could theoretically use the equipment and cause internal damage to the equipment causing it to malfunction.

To mitigate this risk a solution is to isolate all the new equipment in a separate area. Access to this area would be controlled and monitored by an employee of Child City. The area needs signs with the age requirements for usage. Play Place needs a specific clause in the contract that obligates an employee to monitor the area. Internally the changes can be communicated through the company lawyers. The community must be informed of the changes in the plan. A press release to the media is an effective way to communicate the changes.
