The methods of examination and analysis allow for an understanding of the averages and deviations associated with the deliverables, as will be further defined and shared within the research domain. In total, the survey and computer-assisted questionnaire objective is to define the statistics and deviations associated with the occupation and make recommendations for further investigation and possible solutions
Definition and Benefits
This analysis of the overall job satisfaction rating will allow the research team to quantify the employee's mental state and occupational desires by pointing to positive and negative connotations. Understanding overall job satisfaction is important to gauge the satisfaction of an occupation as described:
Job satisfaction is a combination of cognitive and affective contentment for an individual within a company. Affective satisfaction is founded on an overall positive emotional assessment of the employee’s job. This satisfaction focuses on their mood when working; i.e., whether the job evokes a good mood and positive feelings while working. (Reudaver et al p 793. 2002)
The benefit to AIU is to gain a quantitative analysis of employee satisfaction in general and attitudes toward their work environment, allowing AIU to provide a national consideration for employee mental welfare.
Survey Analysis
The questionnaire for overall job satisfaction was based on a scoring system of 1-7, with 1 being the lowest satisfaction and 7 being the highest on 155 points of data collected with the results for each employee organized in Graph 1.0
The data analysis was performed using Excel with the results in Table 1.0. The mean is 4.39, the significance of the average score of satisfaction. The median score was 4.6, which is the number in the middle of the data organized from lowest score to highest score. The mode character 5.8 is the largest occurring score in the survey. The mean is only slightly lower than the median score, which shows that on average, employees are slightly satisfied. The mode at 5.8 is not significantly contrary to these values, it can be concluded that the larger amount of surveyed employees has a satisfactory attitude towards their job and that this is not misrepresented by an extremely high or low satisfaction rate because the ranges of mean, median and mode are fairly close in value.
Furthermore, the variance signifies the dispersion of values against the numerical norms, and 1.89 shows that there is not a high amount of extremes with the data collected. The standard deviation of 1.37 is a good sign and is essential to describe the degree of possible errors within the means of the population. As variance and standard deviation approach positive ones, there is less chance that the data is marred by extremes within the populations and a higher possibility of accuracy, as in this case (Managers-Net para 4).

Conclusion
The research analysis for AIU has marked benefits for understanding overall job satisfaction. The analysis gave a solid definition of overall satisfaction nationwide, delivering quantitative information on the overall satisfaction. This value is important to developing occupations to fit employees' needs because "Employee satisfaction contributes directly to organizational growth and the bottom line" (Westfair Communications Inc pp 30. 2004). The selected data set of overall job satisfaction was analyzed at the total amount of surveyed employees to lessen the possibility of erroneous variance and deviation. Of the 155 surveyed employees, the average employee is satisfied with their job, if by a slight margin, defining the mental state of employees with a low amount of variance and deviation. It can be surmised, however, that if the average score on a scale of 1-7 is 4.39, then there are employees who are either extremely satisfied or dissatisfied with their occupation. It would be recommended to further compare satisfaction with intrinsic and extrinsic traits of the occupations and employee demographics to investigate if these traits have an impact on the extremes of the satisfaction ratings. On the bright side, it is highly commendable that of surveyed employees, the most scored value (mode) was 5.8, showing that a larger amount of employees are complacent if not enthusiastic about their careers.
