We will market our services for school-age children before and after school. As a selling point, we will emphasize that we will pick them up from school as well as assist them with homework. According to Allison Toney, keeping an online presence is one of the keys to success (Naidu 2008). Our main promotional avenues will be our website and Yellow Pages advertisement.
As chief executive of the enterprise, I will conduct the general business of the organization and delegate some responsibility to other levels of operations. The organization hierarchy follows:

I will run the daycare business with experienced and skilled employees -- people who have relevant academic, job qualifications, and licenses. We will maintain whatever level of organization and patients puts us closest to increasing revenue and decreasing costs (Naidu 2008).
Financial Analysis
Approximate operating costs will be about $13,000. Subtract that from our revenue of $48,000 and we are left with about $35,000 per year. Following Allison Toney's paradigm for success, we will outsource skills wherever necessary to maintain smooth operation (Naidu 2008).
