"Treatment of Mix Patients" is a great example of a paper on the health system. The Case-mix index (CMI) could relatively calculate the resources needed in the hospital for the treatment of mixed patients. On the other hand, when there is less staff, it could mean there might be higher rates of poor patient outcomes, resulting in less reimbursement. For me, it would be important to rely on CMI for-profit consideration on the part of health care providers and operators. In addition, it would also make sense to look only at the CMI and reimbursement rate to maximize the allocation of staff and ensure profitability. After all, health care providers always would mean business, even though they might be offering generous policies and incentives. So it would make sense that at some point, they only look at the CMI and reimbursement rate as they take into account the level of profit they should make.

The planning process usually would ensure orderly achievement of goals or objectives. Since it is a process, every step associated with it should be carefully implemented and its element involved in the implementation process should be highlighted in great detail. This could only be made possible if there is the feedback that would stand as control of the entire planning process. Feedback could help determine the level of success of an organization, and with it, it would be easy to spot if there is a need for corrective measures and change or improvement of plans.
