"Health-Related Physical Fitness Assessment" is a wonderful example of a paper on fitness and exercises. Repetitions are the total of a definite full array of movement in an established set. The question to ask about repetitions is best responded to by the sport that one participates in. This paper will explore the repetitions a soccer player, a runner, a carpenter, an obese person, a swimmer, a lawyer, a secretary, a football player, and a powerlifter should consider doing.

A soccer player has a big size, and this will generate high temperatures in the muscle, which would result in getting weary much quickly. He is considering more endurance so that he can run for a long-distance and for a long period. He should, therefore, look for advanced repetition like 13-15. A runner should consider the same number of repetition scheme as the soccer player because he too is looking for more fortitude to be able to run for longer distances. He should, therefore, deliberate on 13-15 repetitions.

A carpenter would look at 7-12 repetition schemes which would be focused on muscle growth. This is because he would be considering turning fat into muscle. An obese person would consider doing the same repetition schemes as that of a carpenter that is 7-12. This would be directed to muscle growth with respect to the mass of the person.

Powerlifting should not be mixed up with Olympic powerlifting. A powerlifter should consider using heavier weights with 4-6 repetitions and 2-4 minute breaks for powerlifting. A swimmer, on the other hand, should consider doing the customary 10-15 repetitions, on dry land, while having several short breaks. This is considered perfect for muscle building.

A lawyer and a secretary can consider 13-15 repetitions, but this depends on the lawyer/secretary's final goal. Football players should consider doing 4-6 repetitions which are dependent on which position they are playing on the field and the time of the year.

Repetition schemes ought to be used to achieve physical development. They are significant for one’s aim.
