Managers in healthcare management need to be competent problem solvers as they will have to lead by example to their subordinates who are faced with various problems in the working environment.                   In order to succeed in a Masters of Healthcare Administration, first, I have to have a Bachelor’s Degree as a basic entry-level of the educational requirement to pursue this program. Previous experiences in the healthcare industry or general management skills will help me in my efforts of succeeding as I will be aware of what is required of me and be able to apply my experiences and skills in the current learning environment. One of the main challenges I might need to address in this and other courses are time management as I have realized that I get committed to one thing and lose track of time while trying to finish up the work I started. I plan to address this challenge by ensuring that I follow my daily schedule so that all the tasks I have assigned for the day are accomplished and I do not slack behind and forget to do some things.
