"Joint Commission Concerns" is a great example of a paper on the health system. Joint commission international is an organization that works towards improving the health of the citizens where it is situated. It is found in more than 100 countries-where it offers services such as education, provision of advice, health. It collaborates with governments, hospitals, schools, and advocates in order to solve various problems that affect citizens of particular countries where it operates. It provides legal aid to the people in its area of operation.

Settlement of the case out of the court is the most preferable option to me. Before taking any action, we shall discuss with the hospital’s legal counsel how to go about the whole issue. Our discussion shall be based on the legal formalities of mediation. The first step will be to respond to Mr.pecoraino’s lawyer that, we settle the matter out of court. The request shall be made by the hospital’s legal counsel. The second step will be to look for a mediator who is independent and can legally provide direction. This mediator will be sought by both the client and the hospital authorities.

After undergoing the above-mentioned procedures, we shall then meet with the bereaved family and come to an agreement. The hospital’s legal counsel shall then explain to the bereaved family the importance of an out-of-court agreement such as: cutting the costs of court, enough time for both parties ‘case to be heard, shortening of the case duration, and privacy for both parties.

Depending on the agreement between Mr.pecoraino’s family and the hospital’s representatives, we shall decide on the course to take depending on the outcome of the case.

                                              Conclusion

There are various legal means we can use to settle the case. The easiest and less costly is an out-of-court agreement between the hospital and Mr.pecoraino’s family. This will save both parties the costs, time, and humility involved in court cases.
