"Measuring Productivity in Private Health Care Centers" is a delightful example of a paper on the health system.
The private health care centers have currently grown and are expanding to meet the demanding health services. They are mainly concerned with providing quality health to communities rather than monetary interest. They provide both in-patient and out-patient services depending on the setup of the clinic. Accurate measurement of the productivity in private health centers is essential to achieve the efficient allocation of resources and services.

In this health care unit, there are inputs and outputs that can be used to determine their productivity. The significant contributions include the expenses incurred when catering for labor, hospital materials, and overhead (Langabeer, 2008). The private clinics have their staff so competent to provide the desired work. The outputs in the private sector can be measured using the physical data and deflated value. The more the number of patients is attended the higher the output. If the clinic generates profits in its operation, then it has positive productivity. The clinics will expand and ensure sustainability when they operate making profits.

The productivity measure for the private clinics can be established through outcome treatment. Some illnesses need application technology and, therefore, it needs to be considered. The productivity measure needs a lot of funds; therefore, budgetary allocation needs also to be considered. The measure will be useful since it will determine the number of successful and the alleviated treatments. The number of unsuccessful treatments will not be involved (Tripplet, 2009). The data will be collected from the clinic records making it efficient.

The possible consequence of choosing the outcome treatment measurement is that the management will be able to know their competent level. They will improve on the areas where they were not successful and improve their productivity.
