"Health Communication: the Main Components of Motivation" is a good example of a paper on the health system.
The three components of motivation fit into healthcare. If one does not see their work as important, they are likely to neglect their duties. In healthcare, it is essential to perceive a task as achievable before one gains motivation to complete the task. In addition, without proper rewards for efforts, one is unlikely to work to receive motivation enough to work to their optimum.

I agree with the two statements about motivation. I believe that the expectation for personal reward is a great source of motivation. Reward, as an external change, encourages a person to perform to their optimum potential. I consider it as the most reliable available method of improving motivation because it is a direct and tangible means of appreciation for work. Healthcare is about helping and interacting with people. It is amazing what cash rewards or work promotion can do to the morale of employees.

Anthony Espinoza presents a considerably beneficial analysis of the discussion. Rewards create a good working environment in which everybody desires to reap the maximum rewards available. I agree with you that external changes have a significant effect on a person’s internal state. In addition, undervalued employees do not perform their duties as perfectly as those that feel valued. Even so, I feel like you fail to appreciate the incentive system, which I think is a reliable way to boost employee motivation

Annette Johnson mentions motivation as the key to human performance. Healthcare professionals also require considerable motivation to do their work in an attentive manner. The reward is a boost for motivation because it shows that the management values an employee and is ready to compensate for their hard work. I agree with Annette that although it is a reliable means, the reward is not the only way that guarantees job satisfaction.
