"Exercising Habits" is a great example of a paper on fitness and exercise.
A number of things contribute to my poor or healthy eating including economic status and availability of time, routine, availability of time, marketing, knowledge of nutrition, and family situations. My current diet is something that I would call healthy. The calorie content in my diet per serving is 250. The nutritional content includes cholesterol 30mg, total fat 12g, carbohydrate 31g, sodium 300mg, potassium 700mg, and protein 5g. My physical condition is what I can describe as healthy since I try to eat as healthy as I can and I exercise three times a week. Additionally, my percentage of body fat is 3.5%, and my muscle strength and endurance are very good.

I have quite a busy lifestyle, thus, I work with the cardiovascular and weight and training program to ensure that I keep healthy. Among the things, I would do for my cardiovascular and weight training include long, slow distance, fartlek, interval, repetition, and pace/tempo. For long, slow distance I would do for about 110 minutes and pace tempo a maximum of 30 minutes. Similarly, I would also do intervals of 3-5 minutes and repetition of around 90 seconds interval. Finally, I would do a tempo of around 30 minutes, as well as a fartlek of 40 minutes. Among the things, I would do to improve my fitness, and nutritional lifestyle is trying to create more time for exercising or working out. Additionally, would change my diet to include more nutritional content and low calories. I will strictly follow my diet and avoid giving in to friends’ or family’s demand to eat certain foods that have high-calorie content. Finally, I would try to avoid restaurants or fast-food chain that serves unhealthy meals.
