The management functions result in an open communication line with all departments in the facility hence making caring of personnel as a role to become easier. Healthcare financial management is, according to me, the most significant role of healthcare manager that I would wish to learn the most when studying Healthcare Management (Purnell, 1999). I have always wanted to learn how to balance the financial aspect of the healthcare facility and keep the patients' costs low. Finding an ideal balance while managing all other aspects of healthcare would benefit the facility as a whole.
