Weight Loss Most people all over the world including America would like maintain a good body shape by avoiding too much cholesterol under the skin. Most doctors recommend this for better health since by so doing some medical complications would be less prevalent. For instance it is normally recommended that people should avoid too much cholesterol since it blocks blood vessels leading to high blood pressure complications. There can also be the feeling of having low esteem from fellow peers who would consider one to be too fat and lack of flexibility (Saarela, Keinänen & Rissanen, 2012). Although there are many ways of cutting weight, advertisement number three recommends strive which is a dietary supplement that helps its customers in the weight loss process. This gives them more advantage over slimming pills since this product is not a medication; bearing in mind that most people don’t like taking drugs on daily bases It is well advertised since it offers a solution to people who may be confused about the strategy to use in weight loss. The advertisement also clearly explains how strive works to prevent accumulation of fats in a clear way that is understood by all people including those that have not ventured in the medical studies. It is said to increase the rate at which ingested food is assimilated hence preventing too much storage into fats. The fact that the advertisement praises its product to be tasty may encourage potential clients who don’t like bitter slimming pills hence boosting its market reception. The picture of the girl with a pleasing slim waist accompanying the advertisement may encourage an overweight or obese person to have such a figure. The girl also seems so flexible to carry out various tasks including office and house work which most obese people find it difficult to do. The accuracy of the message in this advertisement is its relationship with how the product works to reduce weight hence. With this information provided, scientist can carry out tests on the product to find its ingredients and whether they actually work in the manner stated in the advertisement. As stated in the advertisement, the product is capable of helping one to cut weight because it is said to contain caffeine additives that fasten metabolism of fats hence preventing their storage. This has been effectively proven by people who have used such products containing caffeine testifying that the process was successful. Caffeine also has some additional advantages of having ant oxidative components in the body; hence more medical boosts (Saarela, Keinänen & Rissanen, 2012). Although the advert encourages people to use the strive product to slim, it also conveys a jealous message of wanting someone’s ex-boyfriend or ex-husband to have a bad feeling. This message can have some emotional effect of a close associate of the person used in the advertisement. This also brings a sense of humour that can encourage potential customers to purchase the product so that they may look attractive. Basing its arguments on fastening of metabolism of fats, this proves the product effective in weight management. This is because all forms of excess weight originate from the fact that people eat too much calories which fail to be fully assimilated (Saarela, Keinänen & Rissanen, 2012). Medical Fraud The medical field is a very sensitive one that entails its professionals to carry out their duties in a highly organized way since they handle human life that is so valuable. In this field, most public hospitals receive funds from the government to support its activities and improve quality of services offered at the facilities. Although the government may be faithful in offering such funds, some medical practitioners may intentionally misuse them, hence failing to fulfil better service delivery to the common citizen. When this is done, it becomes a medical offence termed as fraud and this involves deceitful reports of apparatus bought that were not in actual sense purchased. Drugs may also be provided and the physicians record a wrong number of people who are claimed to have been given the drugs and the rest are commercialized. The physicians may also overuse the reagents provided carelessly just because the whole burden is on the government. Some other fraudulent activities done by physicians include carrying out tests on people who don’t even need them just for the reason of intentionally exhausting reagents provided by the government. A medic should be able to tell the kind of tests to perform on a casualty after the description of signs and symptoms. Therefore, if the tests done do not have a relationship with what the casualty presents, then the physician can be accused of medical fraud. They should be able to count on the burden imparted on taxpayers to raise the national budget to support such medical activities. Such wasteful activities that these physicians engage in are totally wrong because they raise the nation’s budget for no better reason and the whole burden is imparted on the citizens. Therefore they end up paying for services that they do not receive efficiently due to the fraud cases. Although such cases are reported all over the country, it requires specific strategies to try solving them because normal ways of resolution have been proven to be less helpful. This is because a certain hospital contains many medical employees hence it becomes difficult to find out the exact person who was involved in the fraud. It is also unlawful to punish the whole lot since some will claim innocent of which proving them guilty becomes difficult. Actions against fraud are also discouraged in case there is no potential person who claims to be hurt from the actions done by these physicians. To be able to make justifiable judgement, the act should have been performed frequently so that the records are supervised. These issues have made it difficult for the government to find a better way of handle medical fraudulent issues. However, some laws can be enacted to help monitor such acts in hospitals so that evidence is built up since it is the key to any accusations. The government should issue a specific amount of reagents to hospitals then give a record book where all allocations and tests are recorded. These books should include valid signatures and other information about the patients and government health officials sent to check after a given period of time; say two months.
