"Steps for Making Teeth Whitening Trays" is a perfect example of a paper on dental health.
Making teeth whitening trays is procedural and requires the cooperation of the patient. The first step is using impression material to get an outline and the size of a patient’s dentition (Life-Like Cosmetic Solutions 2014). Impression substance normally loads the impression tray ensuring the impression substance used rises to the top anterior side of the tray. However, one should carefully use this substance in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. The second step is recording the patient’s color of teeth. Before proceeding, a photograph of the patient’s teeth is necessary. This image should include a reference point and a standard for contrasting the whitening’s abilities (Life-Like Cosmetic Solutions 2014). These photos and records can be put in the final whitening kit for the patient to compare results.

The third step is combining the molded impression of the patient’s dentition in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. The fourth step is pouring the cast by soaking the impression in water. Afterward, one shakes the cast to get rid of any remaining water (Life-Like Cosmetic Solutions 2014). This step includes putting a small quantity of stone into the teeth dents made in the impression substance with a spatula. A vibrator can then remove any air bubbles from the substance to make sure the edges are without any bubbles. Before continuing, let the stone or tray model settle completely.

The fifth step is arranging for the model by dipping in its water to foster simple separation. When the model has exempted the impression and wears away the base of the stone, the core incisors face upward from the foundation creating a 90o inclination from the foot of the vacuum stove (Life-Like Cosmetic Solutions 2014). The sixth step is putting the stone in the cleaner. This step can do one or both mouth arches simultaneously. Choose the EVA and put the piece into the vacuum cleaner using a 040 that is standard or a 080 for bruxers. Properly fasten the sheet down for the next step. Heating the EVA with the vacuum stove is the seventh step (Life-Like Cosmetic Solutions 2014). When the EVA starts drooping a minimum of two inches, drop the EVA onto the stone until it is fully in position. It is worth noting that the lower the original droop, the thinner the resultant tray.

The eighth step is starting and using the vacuum machine for around 20 seconds to guarantee a usable form. Take off the heating aspect from the field. Instantly use labial lingual suction power from cuspid to crosswise, to core, back to crosswise, and lastly back to a cuspid (Life-Like Cosmetic Solutions 2014). During this entire step, the user has to be certain he or she has moisturized gloves on. Before proceeding, step eight should be repeated thrice. The ninth step is allowing the finished whitening tray model to rest in the vacuum machine until all heat has dissipated. At room temperature, take off and stent the finished whitening tray model. The tenth and final step is cutting away any surplus EVA from the whitening tray (Life-Like Cosmetic Solutions 2014). One can use a pen to outline a line adjacent to the gingival edge as a guide for pruning the whitening tray. After pruning, one can check with and evaluate the product with the initial model for clarification and approval.
