The U.S department of health's desire to identify the attitude of the sample group towards their respective workstations prompted a design of a questioner. The data collected therefore may be biased since answers given may be unreliable due to the subjective nature of these questions.

While attempting to improve on the questioners, new questions should be added to improve the quality of the data to be collected. The questions will base majorly on the specifics of each department.
