• Expectations – The trust the older adult has in the cure of the disease and in the effectiveness of the treatment. The collaboration of the older adult with the goals and mission of the health care provider. The adherence of the older adult to the self-efficacy and exercised treatment program. The potential of the care plans to meet the requirements and satisfaction of older adults.
• Language - The trust the older adult have in perceiving the language of the health care professionals. The collaborative potential of the language between the older adult and medical professional. The adherence of the older patient to language consistently and understanding of treatment guidelines. Understanding the care plans effectively and completely.
• Health Literacy – The trust of the older adult about the details of the disease like the viruses or bacteria causing it. The collaborative attitude of the older patient which brings in satisfaction and reduces risk of non adherence.The adherence of older adults to the treatment regime and understanding its effect on health.
