"Health Information Management" is a great example of a paper on the health system. As health students, especially information health student they must prepare themselves for employment and its dynamics to help them with the good transition from being a student to being a staff member of an organization. Therefore, the student has to apply health information management learned in class to prepare for activities like governance of health information, strategic planning, and other health management initiatives.

The mission statement of the organization

The organization works with a mission founded in the loving ministry of Jesus’ healing. They commit themselves to the service of all people with special attention and to the poor and the vulnerable. Their health ministry is dedicated to holistic care, spiritual centered service for health improvement of all individuals and communities.

Purpose of the organization

As a spiritual health organization, they advocate for a fair, just and compassionate society through our words and actions.

Scope of the organization

The aim of the organization is to serve all patients with special needs and diseases including the poor and the vulnerable. Their scope of treatment is treating all diseases and providing all healthcare services from sports health care to heart diseases, cancer to blood pressure and child and women healthcare to surgery and robotic procedures. We also care for every emergency with standby ambulances and a quality capacity ICU.

Values and priorities of the organization

The organizations work under the healthcare values of respect to privacy, reverence, integrity, dedication, wisdom, and creativity.

The priority is service to the poor and the vulnerable with special attention.

 

The organization’s major services are healthcare and all healthcare activities. They provide minor surgery; they have an ICU with a good capacity of 40 beds and at least 4 standby ambulances every hour to respond to any kind of emergency. In addition to this, they have a variety of inpatient and outpatient services with continuously updated medical and clinical programs.

For inpatient care, they have more than 500 acute beds and more than 150 telemetry beds for acute inpatients, inpatient rehabilitation, minor surgery, orthopedics among other medical services. For outpatients, the organization has medical programs like homecare health service, emergency medical services, outpatient surgery, adolescents’ services, and weight loss and outpatient referral information among others. They serve mainly the poor and the vulnerable in the community around but allow service provision to any other vulnerable person with medical or health service requirements.

The organization reflects its mission statement from the kinds of services they provide, their target market of patients and its scope of operation. For example, in their mission, they are holistic and believe in the healing power of Jesus and they advocate for fairness, justice, and compassion in service provision. They serve all needy members of the community and provide attention to the vulnerable and the poor as compassion.

The organization has an extensive staff organization, from the cleaners to the managerial board.
