However, Medicaid was established as an NGO to provide socio-medical services for the US population in 1982. But, with the passage of time, this organization witnessed substantial growth in recent years, when US government under the pressure of budget cuts and inflation outsourced the medical practice to Medicaid in order to lower the costs of medical treatment in the country.

            Nevertheless, the prime characteristic of Medicaid is its social community development, which encouraged people to interact with each other without any social barriers, which in fact expedite the process recovery (Corso, et al., 2012). Therefore, increased social activity can be identified as the most crucial factor in the success of Medicaid homes across the US.

            Medicaid phenomenon is particularly effective in alleviating mental illness in society because, increased social activity motivated notable drug addicts to correct their path in life (Savidge & Stein, 2012). The major reason for this development is the community care people give each other through the platform of Medicaid, which makes patients realize that somebody cared about them. Therefore, Medicaid developed into a chain of socio-medical centres across the US. Moreover, patients feel greatly secure while being treated in the Medicaid facility because of a homelike environment, compassionate staff and proficient doctors. Along with all these factors, friendly interaction with other patients results in friendship among them therefore, patients motivate each other towards a quick recovery.

Medicaid is also responsible for the conduction of an effective public awareness program about the importance of careful health behaviour in order to minimize the possibility of a heart attack in diabetes patients (Savidge & Stein, 2012). Because of these notable health activities, Medicaid is considered as an immensely effective mechanism in terms of providing good quality medical services to the public. (Developments in Mental Health Law, 2012) However, Medicaid is performing adequately well on profitability grounds because of the constant increase in terms of patients, who are consulting with doctors in Medicaid facilities due to their popularity regarding effective and affordable medical treatment.

Nevertheless, Medicaid’s nature is corporate in nature therefore, its management is behaving reluctantly in terms of committing towards novel technology, which can perfect various medical treatments because it will reduce its profitability significantly. But, despite the technological disadvantage, Medicaid is able to provide effective psychological treatments to the patients in recent years (Stewart & Horgan, 2011). However, the most common methodology for behavioural treatment in Medicaid is social confession (Corso, et al., 2012), through this technique psychologists motivate patients towards sharing their story with the group of people and in this way, group members provide them with necessary motivation in order to initiate the process of recovery (Dubose, 2011). This step, therefore, lays the foundation for the treatment upon which doctors erect the whole building of the treatment.

In light of the above literature, Medicaid can be identified as the source of effective and economical mental treatment for the people of the US (Developments in Mental Health Law, 2012). However, Medicaid facilities provide the patients with friendly management and practice, therefore, expediting the process of recovery (Corso, et al., 2012). Along with this, Medicaid is also providing economical health insurance to the people of the US with lower income in order to provide them with high-quality medical treatments in reasonable prices (Savidge & Stein, 2012).  Therefore, Medicaid is providing a divine service to the suffering humanity in the US. But, Medicaid and private medical practice have to cover a lot of ground in the coming years to keep its success as a continued process (Stewart & Horgan, 2011). Therefore, in some future date, Medicaid has to take the decision of technological enhancement in order to stabilize its profitability.

            Medicaid is a chain of private medical facilities in the US. They are, however, famous for their informal structure, which motivates people to interact with others readily. Therefore, these facilities are able to provide effective psychological treatment for drug addiction cases in recent years. Along with this, it also managed to conduct an effective large-scale awareness program in order to minimize the possibility of a heart attack in cases of diabetes. On the other hand, social grouping technique is also an effective method of motivating drug addicts towards pursuing a treatment.
