Further, the website has lopsided features though. First, it lacks some entertaining features and exciting promotions. Second, although the website contains useful information, it is limited. The website only contains unspecified materials and related links are quite difficult to find.

But, one thing I noticed is that it does not have a chat support system or a simple chat box that enables urgent communication between the organization and the users.
