Business dilemma Netflix, sometimes back, increased the price of its products and rebranded some of its products as part of its strategic shift. This was a big dilemma because of the possible customer dissatisfaction.Hypothesis1. There is a significant relationship between prices of the products and customer satisfaction.2. There is a significant relationship between rebranding of Netflix’s products and customer satisfaction.Research Questions1. Does increase in prices of Netflix’s products lead to customer dissatisfaction?2. Does rebranding of some products without informing the customers lead to customer dissatisfaction?3. Variables to be usedDependent variable: Customer SatisfactionIndependent variables: price, support services, and change of brand, et cetera.Ethical Considerations Before the questionnaires are administered to the respondents, permission must be sought from the parties involved, and the importance of the exercise explained to them. In other words, no participant will be compelled to take part in the study or undertake some task they do not understand. The questions that will be asked will be clear and carefully designed to avoid infringing the rights of the respondents.

The research will make sure his/her personal bias and opinions do not interfere with the research outcome (Kimmel, 1989).Study Design The research will conduct a quantitative research, which means that the responses gotten from the respondents will be used to derive results through mathematical or computational techniques (Balnaves & Caputi, 2001).
