The software is designed to remove antiviruses, block malicious software, prevent hacking and phishing, clean infected files, and secure online transactions. The recommendation of Norton Antivirus is based on the issues or problems faced by the company related to its computer internet security. The problems identified, the methodologies used to collect information pertaining to the issue, the findings from such information collected, analysis of the findings and finally a conclusion and recommendations based on the findings and analysis will be discussed in this report. According to the survey, many of the customers agree that they sometimes face difficulties in downloading the files sent by the company as they are either corrupt or are virus infected.
