Elements of Effective Organization

The components necessary of an effective organizational structure evaluating how working in a global economy may impact the function of an organization

The targeted organization of effective management of the enterprise is based on the use of advanced international standards of administrative influence on various aspects of financial and economic activity. To a large extent, a great contribution is done by the the optimization of management approaches of the detailed specification of system management in various organizational, economic and information technology units. With this approach, management of the enterprise is known to convey practically all components which are activated. In addition to this, they determine the degree of efficiency of the control action, especially in the development of effective methodological evaluation tools. The objective need for such tools is caused primarily by high dynamism of organizational, economic and technological change and, ultimately, a complete modernization of the enterprise in the context of the implementation of industrial and innovation policy.

Modern interpretations of integrated management system and process approaches to management, thus, form an optimal, efficient and holistic approach to the management of the enterprise. Integrating approaches to management objectively due to the constant search for the best management standards. However, it is important, in our view, to proceed from the content aspect of the management process, which is objectively based on the interaction of various organizational and consistency between elements of administrative decisions. Based on this concept, we consider controlling subsystem as part of the production and economic organization, which implements management processes based on the use of specific labor, information, material and financial resources.

If we consider the the whole complex of the management and information impacts on labor and natural and natural processes in the production of a broad perspective, the

Ultimately, these effects are carried out by many members of the organization: leaders, employees of management personnel, engineering and technical personnel, workers. The impact of management information can also be external to the organization systems - cooperating organizations or parent bodies.

The key to this is a systematic approach to the organization, management system performance consideration not in isolation but in conjunction connections and relationships with the environment, objectives, production and technical base, personnel of the organization. Actually the control subsystem in an organization can be characterized by 4 internally complex variables, which include organizational structure, management processes, management style, and work behavior.

On the other hand, the management of an enterprise in market conditions is a constantly ongoing process impact on the quantitative and qualitative state of its resources structure in order to balance resource capacities to market needs. The meaningful performance management process includes,

  • Integrity, unity presupposes combination of individual properties and characteristic relationships structure elements;
  • Integrity, suggests a target set of elements, united by common goals, such as, the competitive status of the enterprise, market competitiveness, profitability, and others (Pedraza, 2015).
  • The communication strategies needed for effective organizations

Communications are a critical component in the activity of the head, as communications - is the exchange of information between people. Without the exchange of information, they can not work together formulate problems and solve them. Communication is believed to be an essential element to ensure the effectiveness management (Chen & Skinner, 2014). Communication in today's environment is the foundation of every life support companies, organizations, enterprises.

Experts in the field of management believe that 63% of British, 73% of the US, and 85% of Japanese managers allocate communication as the main condition to the achievement of the efficiency of their organizations and leaders themselves spend on it from 50 to 90% of their time (Goetsch & Davis, 2014). Due to the communication is carried out the collection, analysis and systematization of information, both within the enterprise and beyond its borders, provided the necessary level of cooperation with business partners, competing firms, customers, suppliers, financiers, customers. Not just a word, number and other information that may be presented in writing or graphically, takes the main place and is important in the communication process, but also other elements (gestures, facial expressions, pauses) can be determined with positions of management effectiveness evaluation.

In this regard, the highly professional manager needs to understand how the environment influences the exchange of information, and master the art of oral and written communication. Communication in the organization – this information interactions in which people engage in the performance of their duties or job descriptions. It is possible to define the value of communication processes in the organization, using the allegorical by comparison with the living organism (Johnson & Ridley, 2015). Organization in its broadest sense it is a system formed by certain features: the actual organization, communication and motivation.

In a narrow sense, the organization is a structure design, which makes it possible to flow processes associated with the movement (“skeleton”). The modern literature describes the various types of organizations: system, live, develop, social, technical, psychological, economic, consuming resources and transforming them into a final product, for diverse purposes and methods used in achieving the objectives (Strycharczyk & Elvin, 2014). These and many other definitions may be used individually, in various combinations, with different granularity for determining the type of modern organizations.

Whether, to which type belongs to one or another organization, a necessary condition of its existence is to coordinate joint activities of employees to achieve their goals. This requires a well-functioning system of receiving, transmitting and processing information. In order to be effective, all the management activities and results of operations up to expectations, requires developed communication system that provides synchronization accuracy and understanding of the transmission. Each type of organization may be operable only If it is cultivated it appropriate forms of implementing control functions. The role of communication in the process of goal-setting and feedback organization can hardly be overestimated. The integrity of the organization, its belonging to any particular type are determined by which way of communication combine elements of internal and external environment and direct the activities to achieve these goals. The main differences lie in the communications of their structural and procedural characteristics.The principles of effective management

Reasoning that the organization is a management system should begin by saying that it is not the same material object as the basic production assets, cash investments. Subjecting company inventory control system that will be absent in the list of detected objects in its course. organization's management system is similar to the human mind, which can not be detected in

his body by the application of diagnostic means. Yet control system exists in reality. It can be detected by analyzing the performance of the individuals that make up the organization. These results can be divided into three components.

The quality management system is reflected in the behavior of the organization as a system, the results of its operations, the growth performance. If the firm is in a state of crisis, even in an unfavorable economic environment, its causes should be sought in the management of the organization. It is important to understand what the system construction and management of the organization in the company of producing results, not just only the resources readily available and relatively inexpensive. And the effectiveness of the control system depends on the material factors to a small degree. Of course, only a large company can attract experienced managers and skilled professionals. But it is important to understand the fact that even the excellent management staff, expensive information systems, fine telecommunications systems are not able to give a good result, if you do not set the whole control system, all of its components, all administrative business processes.

Understanding the organization's management system is based on the definition of the organization's management as the process of establishing, management and development of self-organized behavior of individuals and groups that make up the organization as a whole. Control system Purpose - assessment of the organization, development and implementation of the control action. Broadly speaking, the control system is required to perform the functions of management in all divisions, business processes and projects.

The decision-making and problem-solving processes needed for effective organizations

The decision-making and problem-solving processes are called creative, volitional action the subject of management, based on the knowledge of the objective laws of the functioning of the control system and the analysis of information about the the operation consisting in selecting the target, the program and means to solve the problem.

The decision-making and problem-solving processes are a choice of alternatives carried out in the head part of his official powers and competences and aimed at achieving the goals of the organization (so management solution is any document, word or action that make sense and are aimed at the implementation of this decision). Management decision is the result of analysis, forecasting, optimization, (economic) rationale and choice of alternatives sets the goal of variants (in the social system).

The decision-making and problem-solving processes are known to be a choice that has to do the head to perform the duties arising from his position. The decision-making and problem-solving processes are decisions taken by managers in the social system. Managerial referred to the decision taken in the social system and directed by

• management of administrative activities;

• Design of an organization's management system (methodology, structure, process, mechanism);

The decision-making and problem-solving processes are the result of collective creative work, is always a social, public nature. Even when Head of a developing solution, collective intelligence is implicitly affects this process. In modern times, there are several approaches to the management:

• a process approach when making management decisions represented a continuous series of interrelated management functions: setting goals, planning, organization, motivation, control;

• situational approach - the use of different methods depends on the situation. There is no "best" way of management. The most effective method for a particular situation - the method that best corresponds to a given situation;

• a systematic approach - the direction of the research methodology, which is based on a holistic consideration of the object as a plurality elements in the set of relations and connections between them, that is, the consideration of the object as a system.A leadership approach that could contribute to organizational effectiveness

The leadership approach to the management of business activities based on the perception of staff as the main domain of the company and the implementation of adequate personnel policy. Stressing marked, F. Selznick rightly believes that the leader-a leader must master the art of creating the organization, human and technical adjustment of the material to form the body, which would embody a new and eternal values. It must be the leader of reorganization, the creator of the solid team, capable of forming a personality, to raise the level of human vision to a higher outlook.

From the work of the head or a small group of leaders of the organization depends

its success, prosperity, and even the very existence, and with the organization – and the well-being of its employees. Personal qualities of leadership, manifested in his behavior, impose

a significant mark on the style of the organization, personnel policies, well-being and satisfaction of its employees. Modern researchers have revealed a certain difference in time horizons of managers at different levels. If the chairman of the joint-stock enterprise time horizon of 20 years, and the essence of its activity - in determining the future vision of the company, the other members of the board of the time horizon of 12-15 years, but the essence of the activity - to establish the limited concepts. Managers from the level of the head direction, time horizon - 7 years, and the activity associated with the development and implementation of the full program in the framework of certain senior management direction. Head sees ahead for 3-5 years and operates in specific projects.

As part of the research areas of economic psychology of management in a business organization leadership is understood as a process of spontaneous collective leadership by the most authoritative of its members (Milton & Lambe, 2016). The leader at the same time is a member of the collective, which put forward as a result of the interaction of all the participants to the organization in solving a particular problem. It demonstrates higher than the other, the level of activity, participation in effect solving this problem. Some leaders have formally appointed or elected, others informally put forward in the process of group interactions. What exactly makes a leader good often depends on the situation: the best candidate for the post of head of the technical group may not be suitable for the commercial department. Some people are excellent as

Trust the leader, organizing work, setting standards and focused on achieving the goal. Others are better suited to lead social – adhesions team conflict resolution and support.

The economic management of the special role played by psychology theory of leadership traits (it determines the charismatic leadership ability). The author also mentions the nature, impact, positive perception, the ability to work with people, natural talent, a convincing track record (experience), confidence, self-discipline, a high level of subjective control (internal locus of control, which allows to understand and take into account the interests and the majority and minority, and individuals and organizations), the ability to communicate with people, dissatisfaction with the existing order of things. According to the researchers, today's leaders support new economic thinking, based on innovation and the integration of workers, the use of cultural and ethical elements leadership.
