The paper "Management of Diverse Workforces" is an exceptional example of a dissertation on management. This is research that was necessitated by the fact that having diverse workforces is gradually growing to become inevitable in the business environment. This is a factor that makes the topic of this research highly important in the field of human resource management. The report begins with an introduction to the topic. Under the introduction, there are discussions on the background of the topic, problem statement, research questions, and limitations of the study. Under the background, becomes clearly evident in the modern environment, globalization and other factors such as technology and calls for equality make it hardly possible for a human resource manager to avoid the management of a diverse working force. For managers to get the most from a diverse workforce, they are required to understand the dynamics of a diverse workforce, and thus the importance of studying the same.
At the problem statement, it becomes clear that the problem that this research will be seeking to solve is the manner in which the management of the workforce can be done in a manner that every member of the workforce feels like part of an organization and is able to work to the best of their ability. This leads to the formulation of the research questions, which include:
a) What is the effect of diversity of the workforce on an organization?
b) What are some of the challenges associated with diverse workforce management?
c) What is the role played by HR managers in diversity management?
d) What are specific diversity initiatives that have proven to be successful?

The report has a literature review section where there is a presentation on some of the available information from literature materials associates with the management of a diverse workforce. The choice of literature materials used was influenced by the reliability of the source and the relation of the information that is entailed to the research questions. The literature materials used included journals, textbooks, and peer-reviewed articles. It was also guided by the effectiveness of the literature materials that were reviewed to connect theory to practice.
