Review Administration System The administrative system needed a lot of changes and modifications to ensure that the company attains requirements of the customers successfully. The staff was consulted through the use of interviews, where a survey was conducted and different views from respondents were analyzed. The interview also included a face to face conversation with the CEO of the Association, to ascertain schemes that should be implemented to improve organization performance. This assessment process was aimed at identifying the key areas in the company that needed change for effective performance. Results indicated that, there was a need to facilitate proper recording of information, for future reference. This would also ensure there is immediate access to information when needed. The company needed to install advanced software in the company computers to ensure access of information by different users at their location. Obtaining the requirements needed implementation of diverse schemes, which includes use of Accounting Software like QuickBooks, MYOB, Microsoft Office Excel (Spreadsheet), Manual (Paper-based record keeping System), Microsoft Office Access (Data base). However, these options had some merits and demit over each other, which included: accounting software had several accounting packages that would facilitate efficiency in accounting and Microsoft excel would help in diverse calculations to be carried out in the organization. The demerits included the fact that, after introduction of a new system in the organization, there will be maintenance, which might require introduction of newer systems due to changes in technology. The organization managers should ensure that information is saved in the primary memory of the computers, as well as other external drives. This will be aimed at ensuring there is safety of information for a lengthy period of time, as well as efficiency in retrieving information that had been stored for a long time. The required software and training programmes should be implemented immediately by the managers and ensure that trainers are introduced to diverse departments in the organization. This will help in ensuring that employees working in diverse departments in the organization have been introduced to the system and the ways of operation. This will help in ensuring there are no instances of tempering with the new system, as it may lead to failure in organization performance. The interview process helped in ascertaining diverse schemes of record management and how systems in the organization can be improved. The results indicated that more training needed to be implemented in diverse departments in the organization, to ensure there is improvement in the work performed and improved quality of products and services offered by the organization. Employees were asked if they would like to undertake any training courses to learn some new skills and they stated, “Yes, some graphic program, the marketing people required”. The Board, CEO and all staff established the implementation of an organization plan, which will help in ensuring that diverse activities in the organization have been carried out successfully. This will be aimed at ensuring that all departments in the organization work effectively and access information when needed. The plan constituted of managers, who will govern diverse operations in the organization, carry out decision making, recruiting, interviewing and ensuring that interview processes have been undertaken successfully in the company. There will be a staff training to be undertaken and all activities needed for the success of the organization implemented effectively. This will be aimed at ensuring that the primary goals and objectives of the company have been attained. The plan is also aimed at ensuring there are reduced numbers of disruption to services provided to members or clients of the organization. The plan is also aimed at ensuring that risk measures have been planned, and a monitoring system implemented in diverse departments to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operations. The top managers and human resource managers will implement schemes that will help in ensuring the new system has been adequately evaluated. This has to be done by professional, who will also ensure there is staff training. Staff training helps in ensuring that the new system requirements are made known to the users for proper use and functioning. The top managers also ensured that, at all levels of operation in the organization, there is a manager to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in all tasks undertaken by the employees. This also helps in ensuring that employees’ requirements have been attended at the department levels, rather than creating a negative impact to all departments in the organization. The managers will also ensure there are communication strategies, which will help the users communicate, incase there is a failure of the system. This will also help in ensuring that necessary modifications are communicated to the users as well as the adaptation measures. Maintenance of the system will takes place frequently, to ensure there is effectiveness and efficiency in diverse operations undertaken in the company. Suppliers of the various products, to be obtained and implemented for use in the organization, explained importance of diverse hardware and software to be installed in the company, relative to improvement of company’s operations. This included the concept that, the hardware and software products will help in managing records and ensuring those records are readily available in future. This will also help in sharing of resources, data and information in the company, from one user to another in diverse departments. This will be necessitated by the fact that, employees will not have to move from their places of work to other offices in search of records that have been filed manually. Conclusion Improving organization performance entails introducing new schemes that help in growth and development in the organization. This can be attained by the management by ensuring that methods have been implemented to ascertain requirements of various departments, which can help in improving organization performance. This will help in ascertaining the best resources to be introduced in the organization. Training of employees has also been found to be effective in ensuring that employees in the organization have been familiarized with the new system. This helps in ensuring that employees work with the new system, after accepting that they are conversant with it. This also helps in reducing instances where the new system fails to operate as a result of being tempered with, by employees in the organization. Therefore, necessary measures should be implemented in any organization, relative to ensuring there is improved performance in the company. This has to be implemented by the top managers in the organization, who establishes schemes on how to handle diversification and changes in the society. The top managers should also ensure that new schemes of operation are introduced in the organization to help in attaining requirements of individuals from diverse communities. This will also be aimed at ensuring that requirements of the global market have been attained, and the laid down goals and objectives of the company have also been achieved.
