Each writer has a different audience that needs to be handled differently thus very important to choose the best engagement depending on the audience. Original paragraph Every person has their value and personality in the world, the same like each company, this paragraph is going to analysis how to use the successful management method to change the ‘personality’ of the organization, which I summarize three ways in below. The first method is referred to the leader, each the most powerful leader in the company need has their unique persuasive leadership, and leaders ideology will profound affects all staff idea. Therefore, every decision or speech need be well prepared, leaders also make a core regulation for the company, the rule and ideology is one of the most significant powers to promote organizational culture. According to Kane-Urrabazo’s report he has the address that ‘the employer need shows the leadership to make the final decision, also ensuring fairness and equability exist among the staff’. (Kane-Urrabazo C 2006) The second method to successfully shape the organizational culture is to formulate the reasonable regulation, which will effectively adjust the behavior of staff and make easier for a leader to manage. On the other hand, a strong organizational culture like invisible regulation will guide employees action and working, a weak regulation may mislead the employees waste a good deal time to think what they should do and how to work. It is not to say when regulation once made but never changed; an impeccable regulation system needs to be changed with time and the feedback from the concerned staffs. The last not the least management method to change the organizational culture is cultivate the team spirit, which will make the company more competitive. In order create a comfortable working environment for everyone, the company may launch some useful lecture or manage settled time for workers to communicate with each other. Also, good leadership, a strong and reasonable regulation system, and active team sprite will create a competitive and sustainable power to build the organizational culture. Organizational change is not new to the world. To achieve this change has resulted from organizational changes in culture and corporate climate that determine manager and employee performance in meeting organizational both long run and short run goals and objectives. These changes are not as easy as ABC as these changes affect the organization process, e.g., an introduction of a new product will face a threat of competition in the market, and the introduction of new management will lead to firing or replacing current executives. In a nutshell, each decision made to change the organization has its consequences that follow. . According to a study done on the management role in shaping organizational culture based on nursing, management shows some of the steps in implementing change. First step acceptance of changes involving upper-level management and executives as they act as role models for employees. In making such vital decision, the people in lower cadre should or areas to be affected by the change also be consulted to ensure fairness, equality and justice to all. The second step is developing an effective plan to guide the organization culture transformation. all should design the plan and make it flexible to accommodate unseen occurrences. The plan stipulates responsibilities, time frame and objectives of the plan. The third step is implementing the change as per the plan and evaluating to find out if the plan meet objectives intended. The progress in change should involve briefing periodically by concerned management. This is a simple gesture of involving the employees, e.g., it would be uncouth for an employee to be downsized without preferably a month warning. People will always resist change as they are comfortable with business processes, managers and daily routines hence view change as a threat rather than an opportunity. Some of the ways in which resistance to change will be handled include: shaping corporate culture to by policies and regulations which neither undermines their rights nor give them many rights this will help to decentralize power. Proper management and more productivity of individuals employees and last are to foster teamwork in a company to achieve its goals, and competitive advantages need teamwork to be able to satisfy customer more than their competitors to have a large market share. Teamwork ensures that there are fewer conflicts and good communication. Apart from changes hard to implement especially in large companies it's one of the ways in which companies can be able to survive in the economy, this is evidenced by globalization of market leading to more competition leaving most companies should we sit down and wait and lose our market segment and segment? Discussion on new paragraph. The author has incorporated various literal elements and techniques in the new paragraph aiming to emphasize message and bringing more understanding and logic framework to give deeper meaning and enjoyment to the audience and unlike the original paragraph it has brought more understanding of the topic. The Same way in say today life we argue to convince others to join our view point same happens to literature. It involves building an argument on what is true making other believe it's true and relevant. In the new paragraph, authors  states “major rocks continuing to sink project change management (PCM)  are organizational change, management of change and resistance to change but can be solved by following necessarily steps of implementing change” the plot of the publication revolve on this argument giving us a summary. This tool is used to shape opinions and persuade the intended results of events. In the publication, figurative language is used. These are used to bring meaning beyond literal meaning. They include simile that is used to enhance the meaning of the situation by use of as or like. It is not as easy as ABC is used in publication to outline that it not simple. The metaphor is used enhance the meaning without using as, e.g., the resistance change is referred as a rock that sinks the change hence meaning it's a barrier. A rhetorical question is used "companies should we sit down and wait and lose our market segment and segment?". Rhetoric questions are asked without any answer expected. They are used to emphasize a point and draw the attention of the reader. Conclusion In conclusion use of literal devices in publication bring a clear meaning and more understanding of the subject matter unlike when no literal devices. They bring the sense of humor and more standing of the items and also make it more interesting for the audience. As evident in the two paragraph with similar content can be used differently to serve different purposes which is a major milestone for me.
