Analyzing the different factors will also help to chalk out a future plan and will throw light on the direction which has to be followed for maximum effectiveness and achieving the personal goals. Time Management Skills Time management aspect is an area where I have looked to lay a lot of emphasis on as it helps to gain efficiency and increases the chances of being able to accomplish the task quickly. To ensure that the work gets accomplished within the stated time frame I have ensured that I start early which provides some buffer time and ensure that in case some objects use more time then I am still provided with the opportunity to complete the same within the stated framework. In addition to it I also look to have a backup plan which help me to make the necessary adjustments and will thereby ensure that I am able to complete the entire work within the stated time. In the future I would like to shape up my time management skills by trying to be more effective as I will look to identify ways which will help me to work in the most efficient manner. This will help to bring the required transformation in my working style and will help to develop the required flexibility through which better results will be achieved. This will be matched by a plan which would already include the different gaps and try to fulfill all the gaps while carrying out the activities. This will thereby help to shape my performance and will help to manage my time effectively. Setting & Meeting Expectations I look to set very high standards for myself and based on it I look towards accomplishing the goals. While looking to set goals I also ensure that the goals are achievable and are realistic. Further, the goals are set in such a manner that it motivates the team including me and bring about a coordinated effort through which effectiveness and style of working improves. An important consideration which I make while setting goals is that I ensure that I have the required resources at my disposal which will enable me to work in a coordinated manner and increase the chances of achieving the goals. This is supported by the fact that the entire goal or objective is broken down into smaller goals and based on the skills and talents of each employee within the organization and group the task is allocated. In a similar manner I expect my team to work hard and being truthful to whatever exercise they carry out. I also ensure that the work allocated to each person within the group is according to their skills and qualities. This helps to ensure that the work allocated to the members can be achieved and provides the required scope through which all the employees within the organization can contribute positively towards the goal. Measuring Success in Personal & Professional Life Measuring success is a perception which might differ from person to person based on the different objectives and needs which might be deemed fit? For me success in professional life is to accomplish the task which I have undertaken and ensuring that the work in accomplished in an ethical and correct way. I look to ensure that while looking to accomplish the goals I don’t compromise on my values and virtues and keeping those intact I look to accomplish the task. This thereby requires the use of different skills and knowledge which I possess and ensuring that I am able to gain maximum effectiveness in carrying out the different roles and responsibilities which is passed on to me. In my personal life I look to ensure that I am mentally satisfied. If I am happy and pleased with what I have done helps me to be satisfied and ensures that I am successful. Being able to keep my virtues and values and working with it helps me to be successful in my personal life In the future I would further look to work in a same manner and look to ensure that I don’t compromise on my values and ethics. If the work requires something unethical I would prefer not to undertake the task as that would lead towards disruption of mental peace and would thereby hamper my professional life as well. So, I would prefer to continue to work in the same manner and work with the same fundamentals which I have been using till now. Success has an important bearing for me as it helps to compare me with others and helps me to understand the different areas which when improved will further help to shape my carrier. Further, the process also ensures that I am able to indentify my strengths and based on those I can develop my future goal accordingly. Responsibilities in Work & Personal Life Both my personal and professional life requires that I handle the different work which I have been entrusted with. The responsibilities that my professional life requires is that I remain committed towards the organization with which I am associated with. This will require that I use my skills and knowledge so that the organization is able to gain. The other responsibility which my professional life requires is that I carry out my different duties and roles which have been entrusted to me with utmost faith and never look to take decisions which are against the organization code of conduct or against the rules of the organizations. My personal life requires that I remain responsible and try to fulfill the different expectations that my near and dear ones have on me. This requires that I remain faithful and committed and work towards providing my family with all the necessities they need. It is my moral responsibility to act and carry out the different work in such a manner that it will lead towards satisfaction in my personal life. I look towards meeting the different responsibilities which have been entrusted on me but at times it happens that I am unable to live up to the expectations. I try to learn from those mistakes and assume it to be a part of the learning process and try to develop future strategies which will help me to accomplish the different task. On the whole I have met with many of the responsibilities and being committed and working in the same manner will ensure that I will be able to fulfill all the responsibilities. Future Goal My goal is to accomplish and complete my degree so that I can obtain a good position in a hospitality industry within a span of 3 years where I am allowed to work according to my values and virtue system. Measurable: The objective is measurable as it highlights the manner in which the person wants to work in the hospitality industry after obtaining the required qualification Action Oriented: The objective is action oriented as it helps to highlight a process through which the person would work in the hospitality industry only after obtaining the required qualification Realistic: The objectives seems to be realistic because of the fact that the person aims to get the job in the hospitality industry only after completing the required education and having the required qualification so that better decision can be achieved. Time Frame: The objective has determined the time frame to be of 3 years within which the objective is to be attained thereby helping to provide a sense of direction based on which the objective can be achieved. Personality Type I am a flexible person who looks towards making changes while dealing with the situations so that adjustments can be made. This is supported by the hard work and foresightedness which provides an opportunity to develop new ideas and process through which the goals can be achieved. I also tend to listen to people before arriving at a conclusion so that the overall effectiveness can be achieved in the decision making process.
