The Key responsibilities and scope of the job involves a set of fundamental tasks and duties that fairly relates to this position. The investment administrator is required to be in a position to; Arrange bank transfers to client bank or even third-party payments Conduct efficient analysis and proper examination of portfolio information from random clients within the database Always provide answers to possible queries from clients and third party intermediaries Always provide existing clients or even their immediate agents with information and reports that relate to their respective portfolio. Analyse and update the portfolio database on a regular basis to capture any important new information from the market or client Constant monitoring and examination of a client’s suitability to particular portfolio frameworks Provide necessary assistance with the drafting of suitability letters as well as a general correspondence Arrange possible portfolio transfers Provide assistance with the production of investment proposals and meeting suitability packs. To make sure that all underlying duties and responsibilities are finished on time and have adhered to relevant rules and regulations in place; compliance regulations To make sure that the client relationships are documented in a proper and effective manner and ascertaining that the ‘Know Your Client’ policies are upheld at all times. 2.2 Person Specification Requirement Essential Desirable Qualifications Achieved Masters level standard education Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills especially in relation MSc (Finance, accounting, Economics) is entirely preferred.
