The report represents the findings of the implementation of ERP systems in two companies: Company A and B that used the prisoner escape framework in implementing ERP into their business processes. The framework comprises of five different phases that include design, implementation, stabilisation, continuous improvement, and transformation. The survey then covered different aspects associated with ERP implementation such as the state of IS prior and after the implementation of the project, issues that emerged during the implementation process, and other e-business innovation practices associated with the project. The research utilised semi-structured interviews to collect data from 50 employees of the organisations.
