Project Information Project Name/Title: Development of Part of the Preston Montford Field Centre near is to a light industrial and business park. Project Location: Shrewsbury Brief Description of the Project: Part of the Preston Montford Field Centre near Shrewsbury is to be developed as a light industrial and business park. To facilitate access, roads are to be constructed through the area linking building plots. A prelimionary location survey has been conducted, the alignments of the roads chosen, and a horizontal control scheme established. 1.2. Key Project Contact Information. Failure to engage with this process will result in strict penalties being applied. This assessment will form the basis of reflection regarding teamwork skills within the project. You should aim to come up with 6 or 7 criteria. Individual Roles and Responsibilities of the Team Members. The team members will be assigned various tasks so as to ensure the project is successful. The task which have been described in table D will be assigned to the six group members. 5.2. Outline the Teams Operating Rules. The members are expected to complete there task well on time and submit it to the member who is to work on the next task. The members are supposed to ask for any clarification at convenient time avoid late hour request of information and holiday disruptions. The members are expected to respond to queries promptly and satisfactorily. Information can only be within areas which are convenient and where there is no risk of leakage of information to unauthorised persons. 5.3. Procedures and Standards for Communication. The team members will choose email as the mains mode of communication. SMS will be used to alert members if any information has been sent through email. Calls especially during hours which are regarded as odd will completely be discouraged. Members are encourage to use institutions computers when accessing project information or personal computers and at all cost should avoid accessing the project information at public facilities where the project work can easily be accessed by strangers. When communicating to group members it is advisable to avoid use of abbreviations that might not be familiar with other group members. Members need to be generous with information which may be helpful in the successful accomplishment of tasks by other group members. 5.4. Procedures for Sharing and Communication in Relation to Specific Outputs. The team leadership is to treat each team member in a professional manner. Members will be informed of meetings well in advances at least 24 hours to the meeting time. The group members are encouraged to check there mails frequently as this will be the preferred mode of communication. Last minute cancellation of meetings will not be allowed. Members who may find it difficult to attend group meetings will be required to inform the group leader well in advance and where possible delegate their assigned duties to other group members. 6.
