Given the fact that technology has come into place, it’s playing a very significant role in the way different organizations are carrying out their daily functions. On the same line, with technology, the world of business has been a single small global village when information can be accessed freely and at all times. This has both enlightened the choices made by businesses and customers something that is prompting the world of business to change tact to accommodate emerging demands (Collins 2001). This is because the world of business has changed as globalization comes in, competition increased and technology continued to advance and thus influencing the way different products and services are presented for the market. Change in organizations is expected to bring about necessary changes that can be adapted and that can be used to make the business more profitable and sustainable in their respective industries (Kotter 2008). It is with this regard that this analysis is aimed at exploring the electronic industry about the case of Samsung Inc. and present the kind of change that is taking place in the company concerning structure and culture. The ultimate intention is to be able to recommend directions that can be implemented in the future to help the business come up with the most suitable business design that can help it compete favorably with the rest and enhance its market leadership.
