The information gets distributed as per the need that arises in a particular domain. There are lots to be done in this process of distribution of the information. In case of a lack of flexibility and poor security there can be devastating sequences. It is here that the awareness related to the situation for the lack of data-sharing and availability needs to be well backed up. The success of an event is totally depended over the MIS and the proper persuasion what so ever is needed. A failure in MIS can get the whole event chaotic.
