The paper "Organizational Behavior: Emerging Realities for the Workplace Revolution" is a brilliant example of an essay on management. Leadership initiatives within an organization are hugely important not only for its success but also for creating a facilitating environment of constant motivation and high morale for the workforce. The health and healthcare of the workers is a critical paradigm that influences workers’ productivity and their contribution to the development and growth of the organization. McShane and Glinow (2005) affirm that leaders have vision, perseverance and great capability to motivate others. They are therefore better able to anticipate changes and help evolve appropriate strategies to cope with the changing environment. In the current times of highly competitive global businesses, the health and well being of workers become key aspects of competitive advantage.

Good leaders, therefore, promote an organizational culture of constant learning that empowers the workers to make decisions based on informed choices (Drucker, 1999). The organizational leaders promote healthcare plans for the wider welfare of its workers and motivate them to make informed decisions on their health imperatives. While the cost of collective health insurance plans may vary with the needs of the workers, the overall impact of health plans significantly influences the well being of employees and inspire them for a higher productive outcome. Through effective communication, leaders are able to disseminate critical information and encourage shared goals to achieve organizational goals collectively.
Organizational culture is developed through shared learning that promotes cohesive work ideology, mutual respect, and collective decision-making process. Through self example, organizational leaders inspire workers and inculcate relationship building for the success of the firm. The leadership initiatives in the health plans for workers, therefore, become one of the most effective and popular measures to improve and improvise productive outcomes. Read More
