The manner to go will be determined by the previously assessed risk and the materials at hand. Not intervening should lead to a call for backup responses, evacuations and isolation of the hazard. 8. Helpful issues in the emergencies comprise of the first identifying the source of the leakage and other material within the surroundings. This will be necessary for ensuring threats are removed from the scene.
