The paper “Leadership Development” is a helpful example of a management assignment. The above statement states that the major responsibility of the managers is to encourage their employees to contribute their ideas as this is the reason behind the recruitment and if they are not motivated to share their ideas then it would result in more workplace conflict due to lack of two-way communication.Answer 2The idea that is generated from an individual is often less effective in comparison to those that are generated from a group of people as it involves plans from different dimensions.

The employees are a part of the organization and should be given the feeling of ownership so that they can come up with innovative plans for the benefit of the company. Answer 3The importance of the alignment of the employee’s values with that of an organization is that it helps in creating a high motivational level within the employees. The highly satisfied employees in turn become more productive and this helps to increase the overall efficiency of the organization. This alignment even helps in increasing customer satisfaction through a productive employee base.

Answer 4The first step to avoiding such a conflict is to consult with the leaders of the organization about the problem that is being faced as the personal values are not aligned with the organizational culture. The second measure that can be taken is to work towards the common goal of the organization without making personal values a cause of conflict.Answer 5The awareness towards self strength helps in identifying the key expertise that is possessed by oneself and that towards weakness is beneficial as in to improve upon those areas for becoming further productive.

Self-appraisal is also very important as it helps to increase the motivational level so as to achieve the goal. Answer 6The level of efficient work performed by oneself as a leader helps to increase the performance level of the organization as a whole and the employees who are being supervised needs to possess the right attitude towards work as that would help to develop a healthy work atmosphere and even would increase the integrity of the organization.
