However, the similar strategy is used by the leader or manager of an organization in order to tackle its human resources in a successful manner. Implementation of such a strategy in organizational management might prove helpful in analyzing the pitfalls thereby amplifying its strength and vigour (Daft, 1982, pp. 129-166). 1.2 Outline structure This report comprises of three exercises. Each exercise comprises of a content part and a peer review part. It is done in order to analyze the shortcomings, which the author made after completion of the assignment. Then, the author tries to rectify the defaults of assignment by implementing the suggestions and ideas presented by the peers and the teachers so as to make the assignment extremely worthy. Similarly, after completion of the second exercise, a peer review is present, which is extremely essential. This is because by peer reviews, the author might attain varied types of information that may be overlooked by the author at the time of preparation of the assignment. So, with the help of these reviews all the valuable information may be included into the assignment. Moreover, after completion of all three exercises, a conclusion is also present. The conclusion includes the working experiences and learning outcomes attained by the author in completing this assignment. Apart from this, a reference list is also present, which includes the sites from which the information or facts for the assignment is attained. Along with this, a list of appendices is also present at the end of the report, which includes the reviews of the peers and the power point presentation. 2 Exercise one 2.1 Peer Review 2.1.1 Strengths Structure of the exercise report is intact and apparent – it is regarded as one of the prime strengths of the report, which enhances its transparency and effectiveness. Other than this, in order to make the report entirely successful, a practical example is also performed based on Kolb’s reflective framework with the help of the survey details attained from a classmate. As a result of which, the entire report became extremely informative and striking. 2.1.4 How have to improve? After reading and evaluating the entire paragraphs of the report, it might be stated that both these exercises and module study need to be improved in future. However, it might be possible only by inclusion of varied types of theories and information obtained from various research journals, articles and literatures. Apart from this, in order to make the report more informative, a brief example might also be presented along with the theory in order to enhance its effectiveness. Apart from this, the skill to properly mingle the theories and practical example is extremely essential in order to improve the values of the report among others. So, the skill to analyse the practical theories or examples is extremely essential to be developed by the students so as to reduce the shortcomings aroused in this report. 4.3 Future Plans: What Further Development Is Needed for Me To Succeed in Later Assignments? In future age, in-depth learning and vivid research is extremely essential to attain a better understanding of the respected theories and definitions of the terms. This might help in enhancement of the inner skills and knowledge that may improve the level of awareness of the topic. However, to do so, huge number of literatures and journals need to be analyzed in order to attain wider views regarding the topic. Apart from this, varied types of relevant examples also need to be searched in order to enhance the level of basic knowledge regarding the topic. Other than this, before matching any theory with the practical examples, it’s extremely essential to analyze its advantages and disadvantages so that it offers effective results. Along with this, the practical example also needs to be evaluated effectively with the theoretical aspects so as to reduce its pitfalls. References Aguinis, H. 2009. Performance management.
