With time, the learning process will cease after the workers continually repeated the task.

As the time needed to finish the task declines, workers become acquainted with the task and in the end efficient working is attained (Jaber, 2011). In the daily operation of a company, the Six Sigma is used to measure work process by systematically determining how many defects a firm has in the process and how to eliminate them to ensure that there are no defects. In order to identify attain Six Sigma; the manager of the firm must identify opportunity which is the ability to meet required guidelines and specifications.

In this case, the learning curve theory is evident in the Shingo system, which is aimed at attaining total quality management by focusing on preventing mistakes in the work (Aquilano, 2005). As the learning curve theory demands, the Shingo system ensures that there is total conformance quality in the sense that the management ensures all specifications needed for in production are met. In addition, the workforce at Shingo system has the role and responsibility to ensure that the output or product meets all the requirements.

Where a product is concerned, attaining quality is a must and not an option for the workforce. The Shingo system ensures that both the quality and design of conformance offer products that meet the expectations and objectives of the customer who use their products (Jaber, 2011). In order to attain dimension of quality, the firm identifies the dimensions of products that the customer requires and creates a quality control mechanism to ensure that the customer requirements are met. In order to ensure success in the business, the company is focused on maintaining and sustaining equilibrium between demand for the service and the ability of the company’s system to offer the service. Therefore, in order to ensure that these lines are well managed, the manager can enhance the service system by making the change in one of the following; priority rule, a service system, waiting line and customer population (Aquilano, 2005). However, it is significant to make equilibrium of the gains that might be attained by boosting service capacity of the production system.

Statistical Control at the Pizza store Layout simulation will be done only if it is located within the upper and lower limits. It is significant to note that even if there is statistical control for the waiting customers, some of them may still walk away.
