International Management South Korea is one of the places in the world with a rich history in herbal and traditional treatments. Theattribution to this is the fact that many of the people in the region do not trust or believe in modern medicine. Very many different types of medicinal solutions are available in the area. Since the field of medicine is very diverse, very many other countries both in the Asian continent and to an extended perspective use herbs as a method of terminology. One of the most common types of herbal healing method is Yakchim.

South Koreans both use this as a method of treatment through therapy and as a direct medicine through herbs. Through this method, there is the softening of the herbs to create some form of liquid injected directly to the body1. The medicine is used by the traditionalists to cure parts of the body that have acute pressure to try ease the pain. The medicine also reduces the swelling of various parts of the body. Due to the nature of the growing conditions, the plant does not thrive well in areas outside Asia.

However, some native communities in the America have tried their hand in hybrid growth of the herbs. The Ginseng is the other type of traditional healing plantation. The plant is a root that has diverse use to human beings. There are the people that use it as a stimulant to assist them in their activities. Due to this, the plant is used in the manufacture of tea in many homes in South Korea2. In a medicinal manner, there is the recognition of the root in the healing of type II diabetes. The plant has received worldwide acclamation especially from the Australian continent.

This is because many native Australians believe the plant has some form of spiritual meaning. Not only is the plant believed to heal many diseases but that the people that consume extracts from the herb get a direct connection with their ancestors for sometime after. The other plant to focus on is called Lu hui. This Chinese term refers to traditional herbs. This is a very common herb not only in South Korea but also all over the world. In the rest of the world, it is known as Aloe Vera. The Chinese and other Asians know the herb commonly as a cure for small cuts.

It is also known to be a very effective cure for snakebites. This is because the ingredients contained in the herbs neutralize poison venom. People in South Korea wash their eyes with juice from the plant as it serves to protect them from ultraviolet rays3. In many of the African countries, the herb is known to heal about forty different diseases. This notion is one that has seen people create industrial products from the herb in form of medicine.
